It knows the files are there, so it's not a case of having moved the files because they are still in the original location, and I've even done the "Relink files" options just to check. I've noticed that videos I import have frequent, brief moments of "Media Offline" throughout the timeline. 17.2.2 a few days ago, switching from OpenShot.
